We grade every used fly rod carefully so you know exactly what to expect. Each rod is cleaned, inspected, and fish-ready before it’s listed.

• Fished once or twice, if at all

• No visible wear, flawless cork and wraps

• Original case and sock included (if applicable)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent

• Lightly used with minimal signs of wear

• Cork may show slight color change from handling

• Minor surface marks only visible under close inspection

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good

• Moderate use, but fully functional

• Some cosmetic marks on blank or reel seat

• Cork may be slightly stained or filled, no structural issues

⭐️⭐️ Well-Fished

• Clearly used with visible signs of wear

• Scuffs, worn wraps, or lightly ridged cork

• Great backup rod or entry point into a new style of fishing

⭐️ As-Is / Project Rod

• Discounted rods for tinkerers or collectors

• May need minor repairs or cosmetic attention
